Pâtisserie du Vin Chardonnay-Muscat

Our Chardonnay-Muscat is rich and fruity and draws on the Tarte Tatin - a traditional French upside down apple tart, as its inspiration. Baked apples, pineapple and a buttery character, with a creamy mouthfeel and spicy flavours of toasty vanilla, lead to a long and satisfying finish.

Perfect with...

Thai crab cakes, spicy dishes or even cheese! But also heavenly on its own… enjoy!

The grapes are harvested very early in the morning to preserve fruit flavours and pressed immediately. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats at 16-17°C (61-62.5°F), followed by ageing with French and American oak.
